Soybean paste pork belly ramyun is a new, creative take on an originally savory noodles

The Recipe
“Soybean paste pork belly is a taste approach to top off the strong, modern flavor of ramyun. Soybean’s mild flavor wonderfully complements this dish.”


  • 1 bag Shin Ramyun
  • ½ Cup of Pork Belly
  • 2 Teaspoons of Crushed Garlic
  • 2 oz of Soybean Paste
  • ½ Teaspoon of Sesame Oil
  • ½ Cup of Onion
  • 1¼ Pint of Water

Cooking Direction

  • 1) Thinly slice pork belly

  • 2) To prepare sauce, mix soybean paste, crushed garlic, and sesame oil. Marinate 1 with the sauce

  • 3) Wash and thinly slice onion. Sauté over a medium heat for 5 minutes.

  • 4) After onion becomes golden brown, add 2 and sauté over a high heat for 10 sec.

  • 5) Boil 600ml of water. Then add seasoning, soup extra, and noodle. Cook for 4min 30sec.

  • 6) Serve in a bowl.
