Nongshim America takes great pride in the product quality that we provide. Therefore, for all purchases made on Nongshim America’s website, we do not accept returns for a refund. If you are dissatisfied with your purchased order, however, we will gladly exchange the item for a different item or for store credit. Exchanges must be made and processed within 60 days of original purchase. If 60 days or more have passed since your original purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange. In order to proceed with your exchange, the following conditions must apply:
- You must have a valid sales receipt (electronic) to be eligible for exchange. If you do not have a valid sales receipt, we will not be able to exchange the item for you.
- Merchandise returned for exchange must be unwashed, unworn, unused, and not damaged.
- Shipping and handling costs are nonrefundable unless we have sent the wrong item, or the item sent is defective or damaged at the time of arrival.
Upon receipt of the item, we will fully examine the condition of the item and notify you within 5-7 business days whether you are entitled to can exchange.

Exchanges do not include shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all exchanges must be prepaid and insured by the customer. Nongshim America is not responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. The refunded amount will not reflect the cost of shipping.
*We make every effort to process your exchange request promptly after we receive the item. However, please understand that during the holding season and other busy seasons, it may take several days to process your exchange return and send you a replacement item.
